How old is Druig in the MCU?
Druig is a member of the genetically engineered Eternals, which came to Earth around 5000 BC.
Like all Eternals, Druig is normally immortal and invulnerable, and it would take the dispersal of most of his atoms to permanently slay him; currently his body is human and somewhat weakened, but if he is killed he will be reborn fully Eternal once more.
Druig is the son of Valkin and cousin to Ikaris. In modern times, Druig served as an agent of the KGB in Russia and found that he enjoyed torturing people.
Eternals actor Barry Keoghan recently admitted he was surprised to learn that his character Druig would be romantically involved with Lauren Ridloff's Makkari in the film.

Makkari is a member of the Eternals. Makkari uses her speed to protect the innocent and fight Deviants. Makkari is deaf, she communicates entirely with sign language and facial expressions, and the other Eternals have no trouble understanding her.
Is Druig in love with Makkari?
Yes, they loved each other, but their relationship didn't have a sturdy foundation of trust. In contrast, you may have teared up a bit near the film's end when it initially appeared that Ikaris killed Druig, leading Makkari to cry out for the first time all movie in pain.

Makkari is a member of the race of superhumans known as Eternals.
In the comics, Druig tends to lean more towards the villainous side of things. In Eternals, the character maintains all the same powers and beliefs, yet never comes off as a true villain or even the worst of the bunch.

Later, Marvel Comics continuity was retconned so that Sersi was the Greek mythological enchantress Circe, as introduced in Strange Tales #109 (June 1963). In 1990, Sersi joined the Avengers team, after her fellow Eternal Gilgamesh left the team following an injury.
Feeling frustrated over his failure to fulfill his mission and guilt over his actions, Ikaris left Sersi, flying off into the sky. Ikaris flew off into space and after feeling his life had no purpose as he had betrayed his mission as an Eternal, flew straight into the Sun.

Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe #6 stated Makkari was only about 500 years old. This has been contradicted many times by stories published before and after that Handbook, particularly references to him being mistaken for Hermes/Mercury in topical ancient Greece or Rome.
Although she has lived for over 4,000 years, Thena is still considered a young woman by Eternal standards. At her birth she was named Azura in honor of her father, Zuras.
The Eternals were all created at the same time and sent to Earth together, meaning they all have the same age, but Sprite was made to look like a 12-year-old â and as they were made to be technically immortal (as they could be killed by Deviants), they never aged, so Sprite was destined to look like a teenager forever.
By the time it happened, Vision was only 3 years old. Even though he didn't look and behave that way. That makes Vision the youngest Avenger.
The Actor. Bringing America Chavez to life is actress Xochitl Gomez. At 15 years old, Gomez is the youngest talent to join the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Chavez is one of Marvel's biggest young heroes, so there is understandably a lot of expectations on Gomez's shoulders to portray this powerful and beloved hero well.

Yes, Eternals can have children, and their children do have powers. Eternals produce offspring across a long time cycle, because it takes Eternal offspring thousands of years to reach adult maturity.
Druig, like every Eternal, was created by the Celestials one million years ago and has looked after humanity ever since.
By the year 1521, the Eternals have grown weary of their mission. At this point, they've been on Earth for nearly 7000 years. Ajak mentions that the Deviants have been eradicated, so the Eternals have been living among humans, helping them advance but unable to stop the constant wars.
While it seems safe to conclude that Thor's Asgardians are the older race, the fact that Eternals as individuals live longer means that the group perhaps feels older than the majority of Asgardians depicted in Marvel Comics.
